She sighed. Her head hurt and she just wanted to go to sleep. Of course, that would be too easy, to just go to sleep. The thoughts running rampant in her mind wouldn’t let her do that. She wiped the new tears from her face damp face. She slowly pushed herself up and threw her legs over the side of her bed.
The same memory was playing on repeat in her head from those few years ago: Junhong stared at her with eye wide opened. She quickly turned her head to look at him, but didn’t say a word. The words echoed in her mind.
“I’ve always liked you.”
She was dumbfounded and didn’t know how to take it. She hated h
“No, wait.” She said quickly. “That was the road.”
“The one we just passed?” Yongguk asked with a gummy smile.
“Yeppers, that’s the one.” She gave him a guilty smile while Yongguk turned on his turn signal to turn around. He held the brakes for a few more seconds then let them go to scurry across the road into a parking lot. He looked to the left before he pulled into the nonexistent traffic. He turned onto the road they missed and gave her a sideways glance. “Okay, at the next stop sign, turn right. I think, wait. Yeah, turn right.”
“You sure?” Yongguk chuckled.
The bed shifted underneath her body as her tired eyes opened the slightest bit. She groggily turned her body to see Himchan sitting up on his side of the bed. He stood up slowly and made his way to the bathroom where he didn’t even bother to turn on the light.
She moved her body to lay on her back and yawned with her arms outstretched in front of her body. She placed them on the excess of pillows over her head and closed her eyes. She heard Himchan’s footsteps coming quickly over to the bed.
He lifted up the covers and almost jumped into bed. He positioned himself on top of her. The sudden chill on her body made her jump “
A small sigh escaped her lips as she scanned the café one more time and glanced at her wrist watch. She rolled her eyes as she brushed off her white v-neck shirt and jeans before she re-tied her red converse, subconsciously trying to give Yongguk more time to arrive. Her efforts were futile and she grabbed her backpack and phone. Her fingers wrapped around the cup of coffee and threw her head back to finish the drink while she walked to the door.
She threw out her empty cup while she opened the door. She walked without purpose back to the apartment but with a distinct air of anger surrounding her as she went. With her head looking down
Jongup was glad he swallowed his fear of asking her on a date when the two of them were sitting in the waiting room. He had made sure to listen to her talk on and on when he was with her; he knew he made the right choice when she said that she loved night time boat rides. She’d mentioned that she when on a few boat rides as a little girl and she fell in love with them.
She had asked many questions about where he was taking her and every time he would smile with a gesture of zipping his lips shut. She’d pout, but soon move on with whatever she was doing beforehand.
The moment they walked up to the house on the lake, she lit up. She
Jongup’s hands gripped the handles of the skewers tightly as she made her way out of the back door with chocolate bars, graham crackers, and marsh mellows. He excitedly jumped in the air and scurried over to the fire pit. The heat of the fire quickly made the chill of the night vanish. The glow lit up her face wonderfully while she walked over to him.
She set everything on the table after Jongup set the skewers down. The two seated swing that usually sat on the back porch was set beside the fire. Jongup grabbed her hand and pulled her to the swing. He turned her around to face him in front of the swing, pushing down on her shoulders to
She pulled the fitted sheet over the bed’s surface and tucked it underneath. She turned the pillow covers inside out and put her hands inside of them before she grabbed the pillows through the pillow cases. She tugged the pillow cases over the pillows and set them on the bed. She threw the rest of the things on the bed as she heard a low rumble, signaling that rain was coming.
As if on cue, the pitter-patter of the rain on the roof top sounded throughout the room. The rain drops hit the window and raced each other down to the bottom. The cool breeze drifted through the open door of the balcony—where Himchan was sitting—to he
“She passed away.” Youngjae finished his sentence and bit down on his lip hard. He squeezed his eyes shut and opened them back up. The way she was looking at him hurt. The hurt was in her eyes and she blinked back the tears that were forming. It hit Youngjae hard.
“I know what you’re thinking.” Youngjae stated quickly.
“Don’t you speak to me.” She spit out the venomous words at him while taking a step back.
“Jagiya,” Youngjae pleaded as she stormed off. He followed her and watched almost helplessly as she searched for her keys. “It’s dark out.” She ignored him. &ldq

Life is busy and it sucks. I don't always have the urge to put things up on this site any more because I don't feel like going through the motions of doing that. I still art, but I don't write so much anymore and that makes me sad. Seeing some of the things I've written makes me smile because I liked doing it and all of the love was positive reinforcement.
I remember the friends I made on here and how all contact was cut off. Some just disappeared from my life and it makes me sad to see all of the work we put into our friendships gone to waste. I still think about you guys.
I also remember how I used to do those question things and I wanted
